Homogenizing valve () at high pressure, particularly for application to fibrous fluids, comprising: a valve body (); a passage head () integrally joined to the valve body (); an assembled organ () formed of two pistons () and a striking head (), which is axially mobile inside a through hole of the valve body (), so that the striking head () defines with the passage head () an interspace () of passage of the fluid, the assembled organ () being rotatable thanks to the lower cogged profile which engages in a cogged tool ().
