Abstract
A transparent conductive oxide film for sensing deformation has a length, and generates a deformation amount when an external force is applied thereto, so as to change a resistance value of the transparent conductive oxide film. A ratio of the deformation amount to the length ranges from about 5×10to about 3.5×10, and a rate of change of the resistance value ranges from about 0.01% to about 3%.
