Abstract
The all-solid-state battery system that has an all-solid-state battery, the all-solid-state battery having a positive electrode active material layer, a solid electrolyte layer and a negative electrode active material layer, and a control device that controls the lower limit discharge potential of the positive electrode active material layer of the all-solid-state battery. The positive electrode active material layer and/or the solid electrolyte layer have a sulfide solid electrolyte. In addition, the positive electrode active material layer has an olivine-type positive electrode active material. In addition, the capacity of the negative electrode active material layer is lower than the capacity of the positive electrode active material layer. In addition, the control device controls the lower limit discharge potential of the positive electrode active material layer during normal use of the all-solid-state battery to within the range of 1.6 V vs. Li/Lito 2.1 V vs. Li/Li.
