Abstract
The invention relates to a resealable package (″), comprising a package body () having a first side wall (), a second side wall () opposite the first side wall (), an openable top end () and a closed bottom end (), wherein a portion () of the first side wall () protrudes beyond the second side wall () at the top end () in a direction from the bottom end () to the top end (), and a closure element () which is releasably adhered to an inner surface () of the portion () of the first side wall () which protrudes beyond the second side wall () and the second side wall () so as to close the top end (), Upon removal of the closure element () from the package body (), a resealable adhesive arrangement () is exposed so as to allow the inner surface () of the portion () of the first side wall () which protrudes beyond the second side wall () and an outer surface () of the second side wall () to be resealably adhered to one another in a position to close the top end ().
