Abstract
A resilient shielding member for a device () is disposed in a facing space () between a conductive motor case () of a motor () and an inverter case () of an inverter device (). The resilient shielding member surrounds first terminal fittings () and second terminal fittings () connecting the motor () and the inverter device () over the entire circumference and is formed by integrating a waterproofing component () configured to resiliently contact the motor case () and the inverter case () in a liquid-tight manner over the entire circumference and a shielding component () configured to conductively contact the motor case () and the inverter case ().
