Abstract
In an embodiment, photoelectric conversion units () each include a package () accommodating a photoelectric conversion device (). The package () has a front surface () having a window (); and a side surface (). The package () includes a first coupling portion () protruding from the side surface () in a first direction X parallel to a light incident surface () of the photoelectric conversion device (), and a second coupling portion () recessed from the side surface () in the first direction X. The first coupling portion () includes a first terminal () electrically connected with the photoelectric conversion device (), and the second coupling portion () includes a second terminal () electrically connected with the photoelectric conversion device (). The first coupling portion () and the second coupling portion () have shapes and sizes matching each other, and are coupled with each other by fitting.
