Abstract

The invention provides a layered body for a touch panel in which metal migration is suppressed and changes in the electrical resistance of a fine metal wire are suppressed, and a touch panel. The layered body for a touch panel of the invention is a layered body for a touch panel including a substrate, fine metal wires which are disposed on the substrate, and an adhesive layer which is disposed on the fine metal wires, in which the amount of the metal contained per unit area in the fine metal wire is in a range of 0.01 g/mto 10 g/m, the adhesive layer contains a benzotriazole-based compound, and the content of the benzotriazole-based compound is in a range of 0.05 mass % to 1.5 mass % with respect to the total mass of the adhesive layer.
