Abstract

The invention relates to a filter element () having a first fluid path () for filtering a first fluid and a second fluid path () having a fluid line () for carrying a second fluid, wherein a non-return valve () is arranged in the second fluid path (), said non-return valve () closing the second fluid path () if a flow of the first liquid through the filter element () is interrupted.
