Abstract
The invention relates to a lock for a motor vehicle with a locking mechanism comprising a catch (), a first-position pawl (), a primary-position pawl (), a blocking lever for blocking the primary-position pawl, and a driver for the first-position pawl, wherein the driver is a lateral contour area of the first-position pawl () and functions to rotate the primary-position pawl out of its notched position.
