Abstract

A drug delivery system composition includessp. bacteria orsp. bacteria-derived minicells. The drug delivery system composition is safer for use in human bodies than other bacteria (for example,(),sp. bacteria,sp. bacteria, or the like), or other bacteria-derived drug delivery system. When an anti-cancer drug protein expression construct (protein expression recombinant vector or the like) is included, over-expression of an anti-cancer drug protein, effective protein expression control in vivo, and targeting technique using expression of targeting factor. The drug delivery system composition enables stable drug delivery in vivo, thereby maximizing anti-cancer therapeutic effects.
