Abstract
The present invention relates to substituted N-(phenyl-heteroaryl)-3-acetylamino-benzamides and N-[3-(acetylamino)phenyl]-phenyl-heteroaryl-carboxamides of general formula (I) as described and defined herein, to methods of preparing said compounds, to intermediate compounds useful for preparing said compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions and combinations comprising said compounds and to the use of said compounds for manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prophylaxis of a disease such as cancer, wherein i.a.: Lrepresents an optionally substituted methylene or ethylene group; Lrepresents —N(H)—C(═O)— or —C(═O)—N(H)—; Rrepresents an optionally substituted 5- to 8-membered heterocycloalkyl, 4- to 10-membered heterocycloalkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl or —N(R7)(Ci-C6-alkyl) group; Rrepresents an optionally substituted 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl group; Rrepresents an optionally substituted phenyl group.
