Abstract
A terminal device includes a first position information acquisition unit that acquires its own position information, and a second position information acquisition unit that acquires position information of another device connected to a LAN from the another device. When position information cannot be acquired via the first position information acquisition unit, the terminal device acquires position information of another device from the another device and transmits an authentication request including the acquired position information to an authentication server.
