Abstract

A defect perimeter sealing system that includes a plurality of perimeter base components that are arranged around a defect of a tank, where all of a top of the perimeter base components are encompassed or spanned by compression panels, the plurality of perimeter base components and the compression panels defining a fill zone between the plurality of perimeter base components and the compression panels, and an injected material in the fill zone.
