Abstract
A hand-held device for electrically powered skin treatment is disclosed. Current is passed into the skin from an external electric circuit via an electrode so that active ingredients of a cream applied earlier to the skin can better penetrate into the skin. To aid this effect, a cap of the device, which functions as an electrode, is provided with a vibrator so that the electrode vibrates on the skin, thus working the cream into the skin.
