Abstract
Described herein, are aqueous soluble tin phosphate complexes formed from a mixture comprising tin (II) fluoride or tin (II) chloride and a tripolyphosphate salt, e.g., sodium tripolyphosphate (NaPO), and external personal care compositions comprising the complexes, and uses thereof.
