Compositions and preparation method thereof, said compositions comprise herb extract from a mixture comprisingleaf and one or two herbs selected from the group consisting of Puerariae lobatae Radix and Polygonati odorati Rhizoma, said compositions can treat diabetes, hyperglycemia, hypertension and/or hyperlipidemia.
