Abstract

A hollow filter element, in particular a multiple-bellows hollow filter element () of a filter () for filtering fluid, in particular air, water, fuel, oil, or urea-water solution, in particular of an internal combustion engine, in particular of a motor vehicle, a filter (), a filter housing () of a filter (), and a seal () of a hollow filter element () are described. The hollow filter element () comprises at least two filter bellows (), which each comprise at least one filter medium (), through which flow can occur for filtering of the fluid. The at least two filter bellows () at least partially delimit at least one element interior (). The hollow filter element () comprises at least one end body () on an axial front and/or rear end side () of the hollow filter element () with respect to an element axis (). The hollow filter element () comprises at least one seal (), which is arranged at least partially circumferentially with respect to the element axis () in the region of at least one of the end sides () of the hollow filter element (). The at least one seal () comprises at least one partially circumferential radial outer and/or radial inner seal section (), which can cooperate with at least one corresponding sealing surface () of a filter housing () of the filter () to form a radial seal with respect to the element axis ().
