Abstract
To adjust a transmit power for device-to-device communication, a user equipment which performs the device-to-device communication using the transmit power detects that the user equipment enters a coverage area of a radio communication unit. The transmit power of the user equipment for the device-to-device communication is decreased in response to detecting that the user equipment enters the coverage area of the radio communication unit.
