Abstract
In an automotive construction machine, with a machine frame () with preferably vertically arranged lateral outer walls (), a milling drum () mounted in the machine frame () for working a ground surface or traffic surface (), and with an operator's platform (), it is provided that the operator's platform () is moveable on the machine frame () transversely to the direction of travel, and is moveable outwards beyond the lateral outer walls () of the machine frame (), that the machine frame () is provided with a guide () for the operator's platform () acting transversely to the direction of travel, and that the guide () projects laterally either not at all or just slightly beyond the outer walls ().
