Abstract
Disclosed are isoindoline carboxamide, dihydropyrrolopyridine carboxamide, and dihydropyrrolopyrimidine carboxamide compounds which inhibit the activity of NAMPT, compositions containing the compounds and methods of treating diseases during which NAMPT is expressed.
