Abstract
A whisk wiper, a device having a plurality of intersecting slits angularly disposed in an asterisk type pattern, is mounted onto a whisk. It is pulled down over the loops, each loopguided through a slit. To clean off mixturestuck to the whiskthe whisk wiperis simply pulled off, the opposed edges of each slitwiping the loopsclean. An absorbent whisk wipercan also be used to scrub a whisk with deep slitsand compressed zig zag slit. The whisk wipercan be configured to be turned inside out to allow the slitsto be easily cleaned. The slits can be extended to create a compressed slitwhich can be further configured with zig zagor ribbedsides to enhance the cleaning action.
