The invention provides trifluoromethyl pyrazolyl guanidine compounds that inhibit FF-ATPase, and methods of using trifluoromethyl pyrazolyl guanidine compounds as therapeutic agents to treat medical disorders, such as an immune disorder, inflammatory condition, or cancer.
