A triggering event related to an execution of a query may be detected by an automated query modification engine. A query modification operation may be determined by the automated query modification engine based on a nature of the triggering event. The query modification operation may be determined to debug the triggering event related to the execution of the query. The query modification operation may be carried-out by the automated query modification engine. The query modification operation may be carried-out to modify the query to debug the triggering event related to the execution of the query.
