Abstract
The invention features 2-alkoxy-11-hydroxyaporphine derivatives that selectively bind Dreceptors. The compounds are useful for imaging Dreceptors and for the treatment of diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, sexual dysfunction, and depressive disorders.
