Abstract

Disclosed herein is a functional pillow. The functional pillow includes a back head placement part formed of a material with a predetermined shape and thickness and allowing the back of a user's head to be placed on an upper surface thereof when the user lies on the back; a pair of core parts coupled to the back head placement part, defining a space, into which an user's arm is allowed to be inserted, under both ends thereof, and configured to support a user's face on an upper surface thereof when the user lies on the side while the back of the user's head is placed on the back head placement part; a cervical vertebra support part coupled to the back head placement part, and protruding with an inclination from the back head placement part to support the cervical vertebra; and a pair of wing parts formed to be coupled to the pair of core parts and the cervical vertebra support part, formed to be upwardly bent with an inclination, and defining a space, into which user's shoulder is allowed to be inserted, thereunder.
