Abstract
A technique for assigning spectral resources in a cellular network for wireless communications is described. The spectral resources are partly utilized by other applications. As to a method aspect of the technique, a controller () of the cellular network receives information () indicative of one or more geographical areas and restrictions within the one or more geographical areas ().
