Abstract
A method of compensating for image compression errors is presented. The method comprises: receiving an image frame Fduring a frame period n, where n is a natural number; adding a compensation frame Cto the image frame Fto generate a compensated frame E; compressing the compensated frame Eto generate a compressed frame CE; decompressing the compressed frame CEto generate a decompressed frame D; and subtracting the decompressed frame Dfrom the compensated frame Eto generate a next compensation frame C.
