Abstract

Provided is a structure including a first conductor plane (); a second conductor plane (); a first transmission line () that is formed in a layer different from the first conductor plane () and the second conductor plane (); a second transmission line () that is disposed so as to face the second conductor plane () in a layer opposite to the first transmission line () with respect to the second conductor plane (); a first conductor via () that connects one end of the first transmission line () with the first conductor plane (); a second conductor via () that connects another end of the first transmission line () with one end of the second transmission line (); and a slit () that is formed on the second conductor plane ().
