A power unit mounting structure of a vehicle includes a power unit, a sub framedisposed below the power unitin the vehicle height direction and at least one attaching bracketfor attaching the power uniton the sub frame, the power unithas an armextended from the main body portion thereof to the attaching bracket, a tip portion of the armis axially supported on a pair of shaft supporting portionsof the attaching bracketwith a shaft memberextended to the width direction of the vehicle, and the shaft supporting portionof the attaching brackethas fragile portionswhich break when the impact is applied such that the ariaof the power unitshifts to the front direction.
