Abstract
A method for identifying an object in a search image, in which the object and surroundings around the object are recorded by an optics unit of a camera. The optics unit is swivelled in the surroundings during the integration of a recorded image and an image processing unit back calculates the search image from the recorded image using the point spread function and the swivelling movement of the optics unit. Then the search image is searched and the object is identified in the search image.
