A bearing housing () of an exhaust-gas turbocharger () having a turbine-side flange (), having a compressor-side flange () and having a center part () which is arranged between the turbine-side flange () and the compressor-side flange (). The turbine-side flange (), the compressor-side flange () and the center part () are separate components which are connected to one another in the fully assembled state by a connection device () or thermally or by adhesive bonding.
