Abstract

In one aspect, the invention relates to compositions comprising at least one creatine or creatine analog, at least one omega-3 fatty acid, and citicoline analogs. Also disclosed are methods of using same, alone or in combination with other agents, to treat depression disorders and associated maladies. Also disclosed are methods of using same, alone or in combination with other agents, to improve neuropsychological performance. Also disclosed are methods of using same, alone or in combination with other agents, to improve complexion.
