Abstract

A photoelectric conversion element moduleincludes a plurality of photoelectric conversion elementsand, each including a first electrodeand a second electrodefacing each other, and a conductive memberelectrically connecting the photoelectric conversion elementsto each other. Each of the photoelectric conversion elementsis arranged in a planar shape so that a direction from each first electrodeto each second electrodeis the same. The conductive memberis connected to a surface of the first electrodewhich is opposite to the second electrodein at least one photoelectric conversion elementand is connected to a surface of the second electrodewhich is facing the first electrodein at least one different photoelectric conversion element, at a position at which the second electrodedoes not overlap the first electrode
