Abstract
The invention provides compositions and methods to treat a hyperproliferative disorder with ascorbate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, at least one chelating agent that enhances ascorbate redox cycling (EDTA) to form HO, and one or more anti-cancer therapies.
