Abstract

A system including a controller configured to receive feedback from at least one sensor configured to monitor a fluid flow of a hydrocarbon extraction system. The fluid flow includes water and an injected chemical. Additionally, the controller is configured to determine a ratio of the injected chemical to water in the fluid flow.
