Abstract
Pneumatic radial tire () having improved high speed durability and low flatspot feature, and which has polyethylene terephthalate cap ply reinforcement layer (). The objective is to provide a pneumatic radial tire () wherein the pressure on the belt package () is increased at high speed and high temperature by increasing the thermal shrinkage force of the cap ply cord.
