Abstract
The present invention provides a phosphor represented by the following formula: K[GeF]:Mn, wherein 0<x<0.2. The phosphor has a hexagonal phase of a P6mc space group. The present invention also provides a method for fabricating the above phosphor. The present invention further provides a light-emitting device and a backlight module employing the same.
