Abstract
A pump assembly includes a pump housing () and a stator housing (), which is connected to the pump housing () and in which a wet-running electric motor with a can (') is arranged. A plate-like bearing carrier (′) of sheet-material is arranged between the pump housing and the stator housing (). The bearing carrier (′) includes a centering surface (′) in a manner distanced to its free peripheral edge, said centering surface coming into bearing contact on a corresponding contact surface () of the pump housing () in a manner such that the bearing carrier (′) with the can (′) is centered relative to the pump housing ().
