Abstract

Embodiments include a leadless implantable heart stimulator (that includes an acceleration sensor, wherein the acceleration sensor delivers an acceleration signal as an output signal. The acceleration sensor is connected to an activity determination unit. The activity determination unit generates an activity signal from the acceleration signal wherein the activity determination unit at least partially subtracts a component of the acceleration signal from the acceleration signal that represents an intrinsic heart movement.
