Abstract
A stretchable circuit board includes: a stretchable portionthat includes a stretchable basehaying stretchability and a stretchable wiringformed on a first main surfaceof the stretchable baseand having stretchability; and a non-stretchable portionthat includes a base substratehaving stretchability lower than that of the stretchable baseand a draw-out wiringformed on a main surfaceof the base substratein which the main surfaceof the stretchable portionand the main surfaceof the base substrateare joined with each other, and the stretchable wiringand the draw-out wiringare electrically connected with each other. In addition, the main surfaceof the base substrate has a rough surface with projections and depressions.
