Abstract
A game executing sectionperforms a game program. A status data notifying sectionnotifies a download processing sectionof status data indicative of the status of game execution of the currently executed game program. A request transmitting sectiontransmits to a content server a search request including the status data as metadata. A candidate image generating sectiongenerates images regarding a plurality of content candidates resulting from search through the server. A content image generating sectiongenerates an image of the selected content.
