Abstract
A compound containing a partial structure of Formula I: is provided. In the structure of Formula I, M is a metal with an atomic number of at least 40; R, R, and Rare each independently 5 or 6 membered aryl or heteroaryl rings; R, R, R, and A are each independently selected from a variety of substituents and combinations thereof; A is optionally bonded to Ror Rto form a fused ring; Xis B, C, N, O, S or Se; X-Xare independently B, C or N; and Y-Yare independently C or N. Formulations and devices, such as an OLEDs, that include the compound containing a structure of Formula I are also described.
