Abstract
An ophthalmic apparatus includes a deforming unit and a generation unit. The deforming unit deforms a shape of a boundary that defines a region of a tomographic image of a subject eye in a depth direction according to a thickness of a layer in which the boundary is positioned. The generation unit generates an en-face image based on the region in the depth direction defined by the shape of the boundary deformed by the deforming unit.
