Abstract
The subject matter of the invention is an articulation () with controllable stiffness and a force-measuring system, comprising a first device () that comprises a frame () having a curved face and connected to a first motor element (), the first device () regulating the position of the articulation (), and a second device () that regulates the stiffness of the articulation () and comprises a thrust element (), the movement (D) of which determines the pre-compression of a resistive element () and thus the stiffness of the articulation (); the first motor element () causes the frame () to rotate such that a wheel () of the second device () rolls on the curved face of the frame (), causing the resistive element () to be compressed (C) via a transmission rod () associated with the wheel () and with the resistive element ().
