Abstract
An aromatic amine derivative represented by formula (1): wherein R, R, R, L, AR, Ar, k, m, and n are the same as defined in the specification, is useful as a material for an organic EL device and realizes an organic EL device with a high efficiency and a long lifetime even when driving it at a low voltage.
