Abstract

Codling moth,, (L.), is a cosmopolitan pest of the apple, potentially causing damage to circa 80% of the fruit. Disclosed here are use of extract of, or its synthetic metabolites for preventing or treating apple feeding and infestation by neonate larvae of codling moth.
