Abstract
A pair of outer diaphragms (), () is connected to a column (). The outer diaphragms () and () include female screws () formed in a direction so as to be put between an end plate () and the column (). The end plate () is connected by welding to the end faces of an upper flange part (), a lower flange part (), and the web of a beam (). On upper and lower projecting parts of the end plate (), bolt holesare formed at the positions that correspond to the female screws () of the outer diaphragms () and ().
