Abstract

The present invention relates to a flame-retarding agent comprising a phosphoramidate compound represented by Formula (I): wherein Rand Rare each independently Calkyl, Rand Rare each independently Calkylene, Ris Calkylene, Bis hydrogen or Calkyl, and A is hydrogen or an organic group represented by Formula (Ia): wherein Rand Rare each independently Calkyl, Rand Rare each independently Calkylene, and Bis hydrogen or Calkyl, wherein when Bis Calkyl, and A is hydrogen, Band R-A, taken together with nitrogen to which they are attached, may form a non-aromatic nitrogen-containing heterocycle, andwherein when Bis Calkyl, A is an organic group represented by Formula (Ia), and Bis Calkyl, Band B, taken together with nitrogen to which they are attached and with R, may form a non-aromatic nitrogen-containing heterocycle.
