An illuminating lens is provided, and light passing through a lens body is emitted to a first illumination area and a second illumination area, a first optical portion is provided on the side of a main optical axis corresponding to the first illumination area; a second optical portion, which is provided to be neighboring the first optical portion and The second optical portion is provided adjacent to the first optical portion, includes a second total reflective surface; and a third optical portion is provided adjacent to the second optical portion on the other side relative to the first optical portion. Illuminating lens
