The present disclosure a solid amine adsorbent and its preparation method and application. The solid amine adsorbent consists of modified organic amines and a porous nano support, with the proportion of secondary amines in the modified organic amines being 70% or higher. The preparation method of the modified organic amines includes the following steps: S1: Mixing the organic amine and the organic amine modifying agent into an acetonitrile solvent and stirring to achieve uniform mixing; S2: Adding a crosslinking agent to the solution and stirring; S3: Gradually adding acetic acid to the solution during stirring to adjust the pH to neutral, then continuing to stir; S4: Using a rotary evaporator to evaporate the solvent at 90-110° C. until completely removed, resulting in the modified organic amine. The modified solid amine adsorbent produced by the present disclosure maintains high stability during cyclic adsorption and desorption processes while also ensuring excellent capacity.

Solid amine adsorbent and its preparation method and application

The present disclosure provides a carbon capture system applicable to solid amine materials with various particle sizes, including: an adsorption assembly, a separation unit, a first desorption unit, a fine powder recovery assembly, a second desorption unit and a fine powder silo assembly; wherein the adsorption assembly adsorbs carbon dioxide in external flue gas/air by solid amine with mixed particle sizes; the separation unit separates the solid amine with the mixed particle sizes; the first desorption unit desorbs the separated solid amine by bubbling; the fine powder recovery assembly screens solid amine escaping from the gas outlet end of the first desorption unit; and the second desorption unit inputs the recovered solid amine particles into the second desorption unit for vacuum desorption. The present disclosure can achieve particle size screening and match different desorption processes based on the solid amine particle size.

Carbon capture system applicable to solid amine materials with various particle sizes

The present disclosure provides an air carbon capture adsorption device and a low-resistance carbon capture system. The air carbon capture adsorption device includes: a support body, a heat exchange assembly, airflow dividing assemblies, an adsorption group, and external sealing assemblies; wherein the airflow dividing assemblies are provided on two sides of the support body, are communicated with the heat exchange assembly and are used to divide an airflow in an internal space of the support body while performing heat exchange in the internal space of the support body to form at least two small airflows; and the adsorption group is dispersedly filled in a space formed by the airflow dividing assemblies and the support body. The air carbon capture adsorption device can increase a porosity of a fine particle adsorbent, so that a resistance of an airflow passing through an adsorption layer is lower.

A silicon-based solid amine sorbent for COand the making method thereof including: providing a silicon source liquid which is a silicate solution or a liquid organosilicate, wherein the silicate solution comprises water and a first silicate dissolved in the water; mixing the silicon source liquid with a precipitant to perform a precipitation reaction to obtain a product liquid containing a precipitate, wherein the precipitate is a second silicate or silicic acid; filtering out the precipitate and washing the precipitate with water; mixing the precipitate filtrated out but not dried yet with an organic alcohol and then performing an azeotropic distillation to obtain a dehydrated precipitate; calcining the dehydrated precipitate to obtain a silicon-based support, wherein the silicon-based support is a powder of the second silicate powder or a silica powder; and impregnating the silicon-based support with an organic amine solution and then drying to obtain the silicon-based amine-containing solid sorbent for CO.

The present disclosure discloses a solid amine material absorbing CO, preparation method, and application thereof, including a porous carrier and water-resistant organic amine loaded on the porous carrier. The water-resistant organic amine includes a biomass-derived polyhydroxyl compound, hydrophilic organic amine and hydrophobic organic amine combined with the biomass-derived polyhydroxyl compound at the same time. The biomass-derived polyhydroxyl compound comprises a six-membered ring structure, with good water resistance and COadsorption effect.

The amine-functionalized adsorbent includes a metal-organic framework (MOF) material and polymeric amine, the crystal structure of the MOF material is a three-dimensional cage-like pore structure, and the polymeric amine is loaded inside the three-dimensional cage-like pore structure. A calcium silicate based nickel catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof are provided. The method includes: leaching a silicon based solid waste with an alkali agent to obtain a silicate leaching solution; adding the silicate leaching solution and a nitrate solution corresponding to a lanthanum metal dropwise to a calcium hydroxide suspension for a first precipitation reaction, and subjecting a precipitate produced by the reaction to filtration, drying and calcination to obtain a modified calcium silicate support; and dispersing the modified calcium silicate support in an anhydrous alcohol solvent to obtain a mixed suspension, adding an alcohol solution of a nickel salt dropwise to the mixed suspension for a second precipitation reaction, conducting heating and stirring until alcohols in the anhydrous alcohol solvent and the alcohol solution of a nickel salt are volatilized, and conducting drying and calcination to obtain the modified calcium silicate based nickel catalyst.
